David has led Keystone as President and CEO since 1987, when Keystone was in its infancy. Since that time, he has grown the organization from 16 co-op agencies to a franchisor model that is quickly expanding throughout the United States. David serves as CEO for Keystone Agency Investors and is as a member of their Board of Directors. He is the Director and Vice Chair of the Keystone National Insurance Company Board of Directors. He is also a board member of Veruna.
Brian is the Executive Vice President of Field Operations, leading the regional and state vice president, carrier relations, and claims management teams. He works closely with AgencyKPI and assists in contract management and new program development. Previously, Brian was Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence wherein he led strategy and vision for Keystoneโs approach to transformative data opportunities. He started with Keystone in 2006, leading the development of specialty programs within the Property & Casualty division.
As the Executive Vice President of Property and Casualty and Network Expansion, Joe oversees the development of new P&C offerings and new relationships with agencies throughout our network. Joeโs son David is the inspiration behind Keystoneโs corporate philanthropic cause of Autism Awareness and Acceptance, which has raised nearly $1 Million for autism charities throughout the country. Joe has volunteered on The National Board of Directors of The Autism Society of America since 2012 and has served as the Chairman of The Board since 2016.
As Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Mike oversees the operations of Keystone Agency Investors. He has also served as Sr. Vice President of Field Operations and President of our Benefits Division. Additionally, he is the President of Synergy Insurance Group.
As the Chief Technology Officer, Bob oversees the security and health of our infrastructure as well as custom development of software for Keystone. Bob joined Keystone in 2009 after working for several years as an independent consultant. In 2016, he took on the role of Chairman, then CEO of Veruna, until new leadership was assumed.
