Keystone boasts a staff of over 40 account executives and sales consultants who will work with you to design a medical and ancillary benefits program that leverages the right funding strategy, technology, compliance, and contains costs.

Zack Feller

President

Zack is the President of Keystone’s Benefits Division. He is responsible for overseeing product and business development and all account relations throughout our network to bring new innovations to our agents and their clients.

Joni de Souza

Vice President of Benefit’s Operations

Joni is responsible for overseeing all employees and functions within the Benefits Division. She works to develop processes and integrations between teams to ensure maximum productivity, retention, and cost savings.

Jon Papp

Vice President of General Agency

Jon is a consultant in the ancillary (non-medical) benefits space. He is responsible for working with our agents and their employers to provide an analysis of their existing employee benefits and assisting with the implementation of new or redesigned programs to ensure a strategic offering is developed.

Ken Coffey

Director of Regional Sales and Development

Ken is responsible for overseeing business development and all account relations throughout the states of Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and parts of Kentucky. Ken’s industry experience includes working with multiple funding arrangements, industries, and employee cultures, to support client initiatives and relationships.

Mark Blassie

Director of Regional Sales and Development

Mark is responsible for overseeing business development and all account relations throughout the state of Missouri and throughout the Mid-West. Mark’s industry experience includes working with multiple funding arrangements, industries, and employee cultures, to support client initiatives and relationships.

Joe Turi

Director of Regional Sales and Development

Joe is responsible for overseeing business development and all account relations throughout the state of Ohio and areas of Pennsylvania and Kentucky. Joe’s industry experience includes working with multiple funding arrangements, industries, and employee cultures, to support client initiatives and relationships.

Michelle Smith

Sr. Ancillary Sales Executive

Michelle is responsible for new business ancillary (non-medical) sales in the North Territory of the Keystone footprint. She initiates new business, creates cost alignment strategies, and develops programs that position her clients as employers of choice.

She excels in providing best-in-class employee benefits packages for her agents and clients. Michelle’s goal for each client is to craft an offering that allows employees to choose benefits that will promote the financial well-being of their families.
