In that vein, we’ve named Lonnie Burks, CPCU, CIA, ARM, as our Executive Director of Strategic Network Development to identify and build new opportunities with our core carriers as we continue expansion across the nation.

Lonnie’s background on the carrier side brings a valuable asset:
Lonnie is not new to carrier relationships, most recently serving as the vice president of business insurance with Liberty Mutual (Liberty). In this role, he led the development of commercial and personal lines strategies with Liberty’s largest networks and ensured effective utilization. He helped establish best practices and negotiated special programs and incentives. Lonnie possesses a wealth of knowledge of carrier networks and how to build effective marketing strategies with insurance agencies. This knowledge is critical to uncover organic growth potential and generate new sales approaches.
